1. Shipping

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free!
When will my plant be delivered?
We aim for all plants to be delivered within 1-3 working days. If your order hasn't arrived by then please contact support@plantamessage.co.uk
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently only offer shipment within the UK
What happens if no one is home?
If  no one is available to sign for the parcel then a ‘Sorry we missed you’ card will be put through the recipients door with instructions on where to collect the parcel or to rearrange a delivery, the sender of the gift will also be notified via email as soon as a delivery has been attempted and if unsuccessful you will receive an email with the same information as the delivery slip, so this may be worth forwarding onto the recipient.
How can I found out who sent my plant?
Usually our customers will add their names to the gift message included with the plant, however if this has been omitted then please do not contact us. We take data protection very seriously so we will not be able to divulge any customer information.
 

2. Questions About Your Order

Can I cancel/change my order?
If you want to cancel/change your order please contact support@plantamessage.co.uk as soon as possible.  We will try to amend your order before it is sent out.
 

3. Caring for your plant

What are the best care practices for the plant?
Echeveria like bright, indirect sunlight and warm temperatures so put them near the brightest window in your home! Water periodically but let the soil completely dry out in between waterings.
How big are the plants?
The pots 9cm high and plant sizes vary.

What charities do you partner with?
Plant A Message are committed to helping save the environment and will plant a tree for every order so as to offset the delivery carbon footprint. We currently are partnered with Cool Earth. If you know of any other amazing charities please let us know by emailing missy@plantamessage.co.uk
